Agreement
Payment Terms
- Clients need to provide all of the payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
- The client’s payment can be made via our company bank account.
- In the case of non-payment, we have the right to suspend the service.
Client's obligations
- The clients agree to provide relevant information that is necessary for the project compilation.
- The clients need to ensure that the environment is safe and conducive to the provision of services.
- Clients may need to pay additional charges if any delays or costs are caused by the client’s failure.
Warranty
- At CWP, we offer 1 to 10 years of warranties on our waterproofing services. The warranties depend on the exact surface area and quality of waterproofing membranes.
- The warranty mainly covers defects in materials and workmanship. On the other hand, if the defects caused by moisture, external factors, or improper maintenance are not related to our services.
- Clients can claim the warranty within the specific warranty period and ask for a re-inspection by our team.
Limitation of Liability
- CWP is liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the services, but the liabilities are limited to the total value of the contract or the specific service cost.
- CWP is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that may come from the use of our service.
- Last but not least, we are not liable for any damage that is actually caused by accidents, natural disasters, or other unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
Termination and Cancellation
- If any party fails to meet its obligation or breaches the terms of the contract, another party can terminate the agreement with written notice.
- If we start our work and the client wants to cancel, the client needs to pay for the services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
- If we want to cancel or can’t deliver our work on time because of unforeseen circumstances, we will inform the client asap and reschedule the service.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of each of our clients’ personal information. We never disclose client personal information to any third parties if it’s not required for legal purposes.
Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for failure to perform under some terms, such as acts of god, terrorism, war, or natural disasters.
Governing Law
Our terms and conditions are construed in accordance with the Singapore government laws. Any dispute of those terms can be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Amendments of Terms and Conditions
CWP reserves the right to update and modify those terms and conditions. Any changes will be up to date on our privacy terms and conditions page, and clients’ continued use of our service will help to keep up to date with our changes.
